• The laws of the State of Florida shall govern this Agreement, and I agree that any dispute arising hereunder shall be heard in the courts of Manatee in the State of Florida having jurisdiction. If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced as written.
