• I agree that I shall be the sole user of the information I gain through ABC Teaching Jobs and I agree that I shall not share such information with any third party for the purpose of assisting said third party in gaining employment. Provision of such information to non-ABC Teaching Jobs members shall constitute a material breach of the terms of this Agreement and shall void same.
• I agree that ABC Teaching Jobs is not liable for the outcome of any relationship between me and any institution arising from my, or that institution's, use of ABC Teaching Jobs. ABC Teaching Jobs is hereby released, and held harmless, from any and all claims, demands, and damages of every type that may arise out of or be in any way connected with me.
• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless ABC Teaching Jobs, its officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to the violation by me and/or the employing institution of any law or the rights of a third party.
• I agree that the laws of the State of Florida shall govern this Agreement. If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced as written.
